CHICAGO and LAS VEGAS (October 26, 2021) – One year ago, @properties launched its franchise division, and in February the firm signed its first franchise affiliate in Detroit. Since then, the company has been quickly moving towards its goal of becoming a national brand, onboarding brokerages in Texas, Indiana and Wisconsin, with more to come before the end of 2021.
